BS Computer Science + BS Nursing = Nursing IT?

if you are a graduate of B.S. Math major in Computer Science with employment background in IT...

and also a graduate of B.S Nursing and passed NCLEX in California...

does this mean that you are automatically qualified to work as a Nurse Informaticist?
